ABOUT THE RED RIVER VW CLUB

The Red River VW Club is for anyone who enjoys Volkswagens of any type. We are based out of the Fargo, ND - Moorhead, MN metro area but we try to accomodate to everyone in Eastern North Dakota and Western Minnesota and the surrounding area.

We are a not-for-profit group that meets monthly, and sponsors events throughout the year. Our biggest events are the Annual Spring Cruise, Volkswagens in the Valley Car Show and Swap Meet, and the Fall Cook Out. For more information about our events, please visit our events page.

The club was formed in 2002 by Bill Lempe, Al Craychee and Andrew Nielsen. Our first official meeting was held in 2004 and the club has been growing ever since. The club current has around 40 members from North Dakota, Minnesota and Manitoba. Anyone is welcome to join. If you are interested in becoming a member, please visit our membership page.
